Delivery & Returns
Sorry, we do not despatch outside mainland UK.
The standard delivery time for all in stock items is 3-5 working days – please note that times may be delayed during the run up to Christmas, Black Friday and current COVID restrictions. The delivery charges are listed in the checkout and are based on size and/or weight including packaging material.
Returns and exchanges
We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, then we are happy to refund or exchange items if returned within 14 days of the date you received your order. A full refund of the purchase price will be made by crediting the account you originally used to pay for your purchase. You must contact us by email at email@example.com prior to sending an item back to us.
Returned or exchanged products must be unused, unopened and in perfect condition with all original packaging or a refund/exchange will be refused and the item sent back to the customer.
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for the cost of your return unless the product is faulty.
We recommend that you send returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and use the original packing material provided. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on products that are lost or have been damaged in the post when being returned back to us. You will be notified by email once your returned parcel has been received and processed.
