Sorry, we currently do not despatch outside mainland UK. If you wish to place an order outside the UK, please email us and we can ascertain a price for delivery (free delivery is available for just mainland UK).
The standard delivery time for all in stock items is approximately 3-5 working days – please note that times may be delayed during the run up to Christmas, Black Friday and any current restrictions. Any items which have been customised or not in stock or have been pre-ordered with custom blends have to be made and therefore please allow an additional 10-14 days for your item to be handmade. Please allow this extra time especially in the run up to holiday seasons.
We offer free delivery on all our products which are sent through Royal Mail, 2nd class. If you wish to expedite delivery to receive sooner, then please message us and we can add on a delivery charge in the checkout based on size and/or weight including packaging material for a faster delivery service.
Returns and exchanges
We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, then we are happy to refund or exchange items if returned within 7 days of the date you received your order. A full refund of the purchase price will be made by crediting the account you originally used to pay for your purchase.
Returned or exchanged products must be unused, unopened and in perfect condition with all original packaging or a refund/exchange will be refused and the item sent back to the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase/order email.
Items that have been personalised/custom made or a bespoke order cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately at hello@muckleandwolf.com prior to you sending your product back. You will be responsible for the cost of your return unless the product is faulty.
We recommend that you send returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and use the original packing material provided. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on products that are lost or have been damaged in the post when being returned back to us. You will be notified by email once your returned parcel has been received and processed.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item – we are not liable for customer damage/accidents.
Care information is provided with every item purchased and all products are lightly sealed with a sealant to protect from water damage/potential staining however our products are NOT dishwasher or microwave safe.
Do not leave liquids on your products for lengthy periods of time. We recommend using a slightly damp or dry cloth to clean your product with and dry thoroughly afterwards. Do not leave pools of liquid on your product or store items that are wet as this may stain your item. Do not use chemicals on your product either.
All products are individually handmade and unique each time, so the item you receive may not be the exact colour/look as shown in the image shown. All products are made by hand and during that process due to the material, air bubbles or scratches may form. This does not mean your product is damaged or that it will be any less durable and is part of the uniqueness of Jesmonite and resin.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
